An episode won’t play
Episodes stream rather than download, so playback needs a live connection. If the picture stalls or the quality drops, the stream is adapting to your connection — it will recover on its own. If a specific episode fails every time on more than one network, that is worth an email; include the episode number.
An episode is missing, or says “Coming soon”
The season is six episodes and they arrive one at a time. Anything marked as upcoming has not been filmed or published yet. The app reads the episode list from this website every time it opens, so new episodes appear without an app update.
The app looks out of date
Pull down on the episode list to refetch it. If the app says it is out of date, install the current version from the App Store — the episode format changed and older versions can no longer read it.
Watching offline
Not yet. The app remembers the episode list so it opens without a connection, but video is not downloadable for offline viewing.
Playing on a TV, or with the screen off
AirPlay and Picture in Picture both work from the player controls. Audio keeps playing when you lock the screen, which is the point of a show about people arguing over a chord.
Privacy and data
There are no accounts and the app collects nothing. The details are on the privacy policy.
